1. Identify the Root Cause of Your Problem

This is where it starts. During this 60 minute thorough evaluation and assessment we identify the root cause of your pain or injury. We will understand exactly what's going on so we can  develop a specific plan tailored to you and your goals.

2. The work begins

Once we identify the root cause of your pain, your sports physical therapist will guide you through the game plan to resolve your pain and restore your mobility and strength through progressive exercises to get you to your goals.

3. Step back in and stay inside the lines

Towards the end of your game plan, your sports physical therapist will take you through a return-to-sports program to make sure you are prepared to step back onto the court or field and ball out. The hard part is over, but you will be set up with the tools for long-term health and performance.

Sports Physical Therapy

Each 60-minute session will be 1:1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Whether your injury happened 1 day ago or 3 months ago, we have the expertise to evaluate your pain. Our background in athletic training and experience with “on-the-field injuries” helps us understand what your sport demands are and we have the solution to get you back playing your sport pain-free and with confidence. We are not looking for short-term fixes, so a combination of knowledge, hard work in the gym, and manual therapy will get you back to your sport with long-term gains.

Performance Physical Therapy

When you are pain-free, this is where we turn it up a notch and put in hard work in the gym and on the court/field. We understand that you need to be as strong and shifty as possible to jump off of one leg for a dunk, sprint to beat a defender in the open field, or our favorite; to Crossover and get yourself in position to score or pass.
